We’re a family-owned and run optometry practice in the beautiful Gold Coast hinterland town of Mudgeeraba. Optometrist Greg Litchfield and the Mudgeeraba Optical team have been proudly serving and caring for our local community for over ten years. Now with expert optical dispenser Dave Wallace at the helm, and a refreshed and rejuvenated practice, we’re continuing the same high standard of optical care.

We're
Friendly to the Environment Too
At Mudgeeraba Optical, we’re committed to building a sustainable, environmentally-friendly practice. We currently offset 50 tonnes of CO2 a year with plans to increase this offset towards our goal of a carbon neutral optical practice in the future.
Through our participation in the Green Fleet Bioversity program, we’re planting a tree for every day the practice is open – improving water quality, reducing soil degradation and providing habitat for wildlife. We print only on recycled paper, and reuse and recycle wherever we can, and we plan to keep learning and adding more initiatives as we go. These are all small steps in the right direction for a better, brighter, greener future.
Supporting
communities in need.
We’re proud to participate in the Lions Recycle for Sight program, which collects and distributes refurbished spectacles and sunglasses to children and adults in need. Over 7 million pairs have been delivered to communities right across the globe. If you’d like to contribute, simply bring your pre-loved glasses into our practice and we’ll donate them to the program on your behalf.
